React + Django | Remote-friendly | Europe-based preferred

We build cloud infrastructure that warms homes. Seriously. Our servers power apps and heat apartment buildings across Europe. We’re turning cloud into something better—sustainable by design, sovereign at the core, and built for people who care. Now we’re looking for a full stack developer who wants to help us scale that mission—without scaling the planet’s temperature.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Build intuitive user interfaces in React + TypeScript
• Develop and maintain a REST API in Python / Django
• Help shape our cloud dashboard, CO₂ monitoring, and billing automation, among other things
• Work closely with a small, mission-driven team of engineers and open-source lovers
• (Nice to have) Explore the OpenStack APIs powering our infrastructure—but no stress if you’re new to it

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• Backend: Python, Django, PostgreSQL
• Languages: Python, Typescript, Golang (optional)
• Infra: Openstack, Linux, containers, kubernetes, microservices, ansible
• Openstack: Strong knowledge and/or experience with Openstack API’s
• k8s: Helm, Kustomize
• OS: Linux
• Tooling: Git, CI/CD, Storybook, and occasional overuse of console.log

🌍 About you

• You’re confident working across frontend and backend
• You care about clean, maintainable code—whether it’s UI, APIs, or infra hooks
• You believe privacy, transparency, and sustainability aren’t optional
• You ask “why,” not just “what’s the ticket say?”
• You might name your servers (optional, admired)
• 5+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong experience with Django and Django REST Framework
• Strong understanding of OOP (Object Oriented Programming), design patterns, and modular programming
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (pytest)
• Ability to independently design, implement, and test secure APIs and backend services
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools, and database schema design
• Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and Keycloak
